- Every cat meets PETKIT’s age guidance, is not under 1.5 kg and can enter and turn comfortably.

Automatic sifting, ongoing care
The rotating cylinder moves clumps into the waste drawer. Check the bin and remove the cylinder for cleaning; automation does not remove daily oversight.
Screen choice by litter
The manual assigns a standard screen to tofu or mixed litter and a honeycomb fine screen to mineral litter. Particles must stay within its size limits.
App settings have limits
The manual distinguishes a cat entering during operation from one approaching. Continuous Rotation changes the response to approach detection; review the setting before use.

Care and setup
Place the unit on a hard, flat indoor surface without pressing it against a wall. Protect the cord and use the supplied adapter. Keep the cat’s approach and the waste drawer accessible.
Empty the waste drawer as needed. For deeper cleaning, follow PETKIT’s removal steps, clean the detached cylinder and sifter, and let parts dry fully before reassembly. Wipe the base with a damp cloth; do not rinse or soak the main unit.
Match the litter to its sifter and stay below the MAX fill line. The original screen-selection diagram summarizes screen roles, but does not establish that both screens ship with this bundle.
Common questions
Does Kitten Mode make this suitable for a younger or lighter kitten?
No. PETKIT says automatic and periodic cleaning are disabled in Kitten Mode, but the manual still does not recommend this model for cats younger than six months or weighing under 1.5 kg.
Does the Basic Bundle include both litter screens?
The model manual explains both screen types, but it covers basic and premium packages. Check the current selected order’s contents; do not assume both screens are included.
Will it always stop when a cat approaches?
No unconditional claim is appropriate. The manual says it pauses and alerts if a cat enters during operation, while Continuous Rotation changes the response to an approaching cat. Review the actual settings and instructions before use.
